View on GoogleI took my Dodge 3500 Dooley to have Rob build me a new transmission. His quote was a bit higher than the other guys, but he told me he would build it stronger than a stock transmission and he gave a three year warranty on it. About two years in I had moved to Virginia, which is across the country and my transmission broke. (It was a faulty part, nothing mechanical) I called Rob told him what was going on. Told me to bring it to a local shop. He coordinated with them directly. They dropped the transmission out, put it on a pallet and shipped it back to Rob. He fixed it, sent it back and pay for everything. It was probably close to over $2000 with the shipping cost and the bill from the other mechanic. I have to say I am extremely glad I went with Rob. He stood behind his work and he honored his warranty, even though I was over 3000 miles away. It would be foolish not to go with Rob’s transmission in opinion. It’s been over two years now and the truck is running great. Thanks again, Rob. I really appreciate it!

View on GoogleHave had many vehicles worked on here. Robs and his crew are top notch. I had an aftermarket insurance policy I got when I bought the used expedition from Evergreen Ford. The English man recommended the insurance. Rob called them, set up appointment to have insurance adjuster come down for inspection and it resulted in insurance paying 95% of the rebuilt of the transmission. I had to pay a small amount for minor other things. Rob was excellent all around. Thank you Rob and your crew. Gary
