Out of all the shops I've been to in the last 20 years or more, this shop is by far the most amazing with incredible people that I consider my automotive family for life. Jess is worth more than rubies and diamonds, and Jocko sure is worth his weight in gold.... I, had a Mercedes with a blown tranny, the headache and heartache of losing such a vintage vehicle was stressful, one problem after another... But, Jocko and Jess worked hard on my families behalf... Even helped me find someone that wanted to buy my vintage Mercedes, after copart only offered me $237 dollars for such a vintage low milage Mercedes Benz and was going to rip it apart like vultures at the junkyard, Jocko stepped in and gave a much better offer... Jocko and his team are incredibly skilled mechanics, he only recommends the work that is genuinely necessary for your vehicle, that type of integrity is rare, I recommend this shop because Jocko combines his precise robust exceptional skills with total honesty. It's the only shop I do and will recommend in Washington State. Jess is a tenacious front desk warrior.. I appreciate your time and work... Jako went above and beyond on getting my ATS allison conversion trans kit dialed it with some warranty work and fixing some other issues along the way. I owe ya for sure.

What impressed me the most is how honest and trustworthy they are. They didn’t try to upsell or push anything unnecessary. It’s rare to find a car shop that treats customers with genuine care instead of trying to scam people. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient team. View on GoogleI will take all my cars here and recommend them to everyone that asks about a great car repair shop in the area. I have used many others in the area and have felt scammed by them all. It's hard to be treated fairly, especially as a woman in car shops. They got me in same day when I was stranded and got me back on the road at an amazing price. I am a single mom with no support here and often feel isolated and alone. I want to feel a community presence and like we all care about each other. That's vanishing in this world. I really felt community today from Cassandra at O'Reilly's who recommended me here after helping me figure out the issue to Zack at Clark's towing company that got me here (though $260 to go 1.3 miles was an ouch) and to Alan for being an all around amazing person. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all of you and how much you have made me feel like humanity may still have a chance. Kindness matters so much and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
