I brought my pressure washer here after it spent a couple of winters sitting in the garage and completely refused to start. Alexander diagnosed the issue immediately, gave me a clear and reasonable quote, and had it running perfectly same day. I will absolutely bring all of my outdoor power equipment here from now on. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleThe handle on my Craftsman grass trimmer broke. The two pieces seemed impossible to get together. I needed someone to tell me if it was Fixable or I had to replace it. Fortunately, I found Alexander’s Tech Services. He’s great. He asked me for the model number and did some research before I dropped it off and once I did drop it off, he quickly fixed it! charged me a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend him and intend to take any of my broken things to him to fix. I live in Newcastle and his Shop is easy to get to in Issaquah.
View on GoogleAlexander did an amazing job on our generator’s yearly maintenance. His price was very reasonable compared to others who were “certified” to replace oil, filters, etc., but had only half the knowledge he has, based on the few qualifying questions I asked as a contractor. He explained everything clearly after the job, worked very efficiently, and even did extra cleanup for the mess that rats had made inside the generator. He is definitely on our schedule for the coming years. We will also have him service our large mower and will be referring him to others. 100% recommended
View on GoogleI had Alexander give my generator a complete tune up. He did a great job and I could see his passion and knowledge of the engine. He as very thorough and took his time to do the job right. I thought it needed a new starter $$$ but his knowledge of small engines was outstanding so much so he diagnosed the problem and avoided having it replaced. I would highly recommend Alexander and the next time I need services like those he provides he’ll be my only call. Nice work!!
