I had a minor car accident where the front right of the car got scraped. I had Marks Auto Detail do an exterior detail and buff and now you can't see any scrapes unless you're looking for it. Jasmine was very professional and knowledgeable. She set the right expectations, got me a slot soon enough and had the car ready on time. I absolutely recommend them for all your detailing needs.

I had them do a full detail before selling my car and because of that, I was able to get $2000 more for my car than I thought I would because they were able to buff out small scratches and dings, get every ounce of dog hair out of the carpet, and just made the car look amazing. I've used a lot of detail shops in the several cities I've lived in, and this was by far the most professional and best value for money I've experienced. Even if it's just for a spring cleaning, your vehicle will look vastly better after a full detailing. They absolutely didn't ask me to write a review, but I wanted to share my experience to give Mark's the credit they deserve.
View on GoogleWe’ve used Marks several times in the last 5 years. My last time I was not impressed but I let it go. We recently brought our daughter’s car in, I have to say we were so disappointed by the sloppy job. I mean detail is the name. The lack of detail was pathetic. The tires and wheels looked pretty bad. I was told it was sun damaged (a year old car). Not, I came home and with a bit of elbow grease it came off. Seals weren’t fully cleaned. There were streaks on the windows, finger prints on the outside trim of windows, the console still had crumbs, the trunk wasn’t even vacuumed out, there were plenty of areas inside that looked untouched. It was a very sloppy job. No where up to snuff with our previous jobs. I should have inspected it before I paid for it. The service was fine but they ask for a gratuity while paying. I left a nice tip but had I inspected it I wouldn’t have left such a tip. We won’t be bringing our cars here again. I’d recommend someplace else. They were decent years ago but the quality to detail has gone down hill.
