After changing out my steering axles and locking the lock nut, I see why I thought it had a little dab of jb weld of some sort. I’m not here to make any excuses. Just here to give credit where it’s due. They did a great job with a quick turnaround. Thanks Mark and sorry for any inconveniences. Keep up the good work! Oh! And the nut only looked like that because even with working around the indent it still wouldn’t lift for some reason. Just ended up cutting that part out and used new ones on both.

Stopped in to see if they could loosen a nut to my battery terminal so I could replace, they went ahead and replaced the terminal for me. It's nice there is still a shop that doesn't price gouge you and are able to help at the spur of the moment. Ill be back for brakes and anything else that is needed. Thanks for your help!

Dropped of car late Wednesday for a possible oil/transmission or power steering fluid leak. Received a call Thursday 2:30pm. Engine covered in oil will need to steam clean first to proceed. Did not hear back until Monday afternoon. They could not locate a leak. All fluids full drive for a couple days see if it comes back. 20 minutes later I park over a puddle when I pull out it has some sort of fluid floating in it. Looked at engine and it is dirty, obviously has not been steam cleaned. Called mark's and was told your engine had oil everywhere we cleaned it tightened everything and did not find a leak. It could be your oil pan dripping from cleaning. Drive it for a week see what happens. Are you kidding me? You had my vehicle since Thursday and did nothing. You assured me all fluid was checked and full. The pictures I have show a very dirty engine and it is still dripping fluid. Very expensive price to pay for what appears to have not been done.

I have gone to marks Japanese for all my vehicles for decades. I recently had to take my car elsewhere because mark’s was unreachable and all my dash lights went on. I have a 2013 Subaru forester and the temp mechanic said, “your engine looks good”. I said I know! mark has worked on my care exclusively of course it is! I love mark’s japanese!
