The technician, M.G., provided a thorough inspection and a diagnostic write-up that was easy to understand for someone who knows nothing about car maintenance.Their prices are reasonably competitive compared to the dealership, and they even provided a convenient shuttle service for pickup. ​I recently brought my 2020 Mercedes A220 to Integrity Automotive in Issaquah and the experience was amazing!! I worked with Amber, who was incredibly patient and thorough despite the mountain of questions I had regarding my service B and engine specifications since I wanted to use all OEM parts. ​Her communication is very good. Even on a busy day, she took the time to touch base and let me know she hadn't forgotten about me and would get back to me shortly, rather than leaving me in the dark. It’s rare to find that level of proactive service. ​It’s also clear that the team here prioritizes doing the job right over just getting it done quickly. I appreciate the fact that Amber and the auto technicians didn't rush the process. Amber even took the time to explain the technical side of the service like why the car needed to reach a specific engine temperature to accurately measure certain fluid levels. I learned that a lot of fast and cheap auto places will skip this step resulting in overfilling or underfilling european cars. ​If you’re looking for a shop that is transparent, detailed, and truly cares about the quality of their work, I recommend here. I will have all my auto needs done here in the future.

Integrity lives up to their name. I worked with Doug who is great. He never quit on me and my teen’s old Honda with a mystery problem. It took a minute but they solved it and didn’t charge me more when I feel others would have. They’ve definitely earned my loyalty.

This is how auto repair should be done. Amber and the team at Integrity were amazing. Great communication throughout, sound advice including options that did not use their services, and a generator welcoming atmosphere. Integrity really is how they run their business. We were presented with options to execute an expensive repair using OEM parts through them, but they also told us that non OEM solutions with another garage might reduce the price and allow functionality. They could not provide the non OEM parts, but were more than happy to still offer advice. Thanks Integrity! We'll be back if (when) we have more mechanical issues!
