The driver-side rearview mirror of my 2018 Camry was damaged in a hit-and-run incident on I-5. I visited Evergreen Auto Body to get it replaced, and I had a very positive experience working with Brent. Brent was incredibly helpful and efficient. He quickly explored options for a replacement mirror, finding both used and new options and helping me select the best fit for my budget. He was friendly and professional throughout the entire process, promptly ordering the part once I made my decision. Brent provided an accurate estimate for both part arrival and the repair timeline. The shop notified me promptly upon the part's arrival and was very accommodating in scheduling the repair the following day. I highly recommend Evergreen Auto Body for their excellent customer service and efficient repairs.

I really lucked out going with Evergreen Auto for my car repair. Shops that were contracted with my insurance company were booked out for months just for an estimate but Evergreen was able to get me in within days. Boe worked with my claim agent diligently and kept me up-to-date consistently via email on the status of my car's repair and insurance reimbursement status. After being in the shop for just a little over 2 weeks, my car's entire right rear door was completely replaced and paint matched. They even took out old scuffs and replaced a mud flap. They truly went above and beyond with their service and repair. I was in the middle of a major life transition during this time as well so their quality of work went beyond just my car -- Boe gave me peace of mind and a stress-free experience. Called on a Monday about a broken taillight and potential damage to the bumper, was seen the same day. Quoted a decent price and up to 5 days turnaround since they had to order the part and didn't know what to expect when they removed the bumper. Got a call Thursday afternoon they were all done. There was also more damage than I thought, and they quoted the price to fix (it would have been purely cosmetic), I said nah to the fix and they said it was fine to pick up. Got the car back for the exact amount they quoted and faster than they anticipated. Receptionist, Bridget, was friendly and so was the man (Ron I think) who I talked with. I like being in and out, no nonsense when it comes to car repairs. It is also worth noting I did not work through insurance, so my process may have been easier than most.

Everyone hears horror stories about car shops so I hoped I would not have a bad experience. I had damage on my hood that I wanted repaired but I was concerned they would not do a great job. But I was very pleased! They worked directly with my insurance and charged me the amount after the deductible was removed. And they did an excellent job. The hood is perfect. You can't tell it was ever damaged. They actually helped me with two issues - my hood damage and they replaced damaged liners under the engine. They put those onto two separate orders and charged me for the liners and just a half hour to install. Thank you! I will recommend you to family and friends. Photos showing before and after.
