Detail-oriented & Highly Recommended (Best overall) I highly recommend Eastside Auto Glass! Having a broken car window is incredibly stressful, but their exceptional service turned a bad experience around. The replacement glass fits perfectly, but what truly amazed me was their attention to detail during the cleanup. They thoroughly cleaned out all the shattered glass from the seat crevices and seatbelt slots—especially the tiny, microscopic glass dust on the seats that is usually impossible to get rid of. It feels completely clean, safe, and secure now. 5 stars all the way!

Overall, my windshield replacement experience with Eastside Mobile Auto Glass was positive. The quote was fast, the price was fair, scheduling was easy, and the staff was great. The car was ready on time, the rain sensor works, and the aftermarket glass looks flawless. I was ready to give them 5 stars—until this happened… While checking the cover panels under the hood, a sharp pain hit my middle finger and I began bleeding. I then found numerous tiny, jagged glass shards near the passenger‑side hood hinge, some of which had cut me. Before bringing the car in, the windshield was only cracked on the driver’s side and never shattered. As the first and only owner, I know there were no prior incidents that could have left any glass in the vehicle. There should be no glass in that area if the windshield was removed correctly, indicating the process was mishandled and the debris not cleaned up thoroughly, leading to my injury. Other than this disappointment, I am satisfied with their work and the price I paid.

Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a windshield repair. I had a giant crack in the windshield of my new crosstrek. Not only was their quote nearly half the price of competitors, their customer service and attention to detail was outstanding. My car was in and out within 2 hours, the new window looks great and they even cleaned/dusted the inside of my car. Will definitely be telling friends and family about this place should they ever need a window repair. 10/10!

I’ve used Eastside Auto Glass twice to repair rock chips in my heated windshield, and both times they did an excellent job. Other places told me it couldn’t be repaired, but they fixed it quickly and saved me from an expensive windshield replacement. Professional, honest, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!
