*Disrespectful and marginally trustworthy* Pete is disrespectful and talks fast as he trus to sell you more work that isn’t always needed. He got upset when I called him out about being dishonest . To the owner …. No need or a response because you were not in any of these interactions. I’ve been going there often and on for years with three foreign cars. Every time I would bring my car in there, they recommend a laundry list of things that they deemed needed to be done and subsequently got I’ll see what I do upset when I didn’t choose all of them. I have owned seven total vehicles in my over 35 years of driving and managed to maintain them myself. I no longer maintain my vehicles myself because my time is better spent at work. When I declined work initially that they recommended as far as brakes were concerned, Pete became visibly agitated. I politely declined because my dad and I decided we were going to change the brakes ourselves and spend some time together working on cars. Every subsequent time that I came in there, I came for one specific thing and they recommended 3 to 4 other things of which I normally declined. I knew exactly what I wanted when I came in and nearly every time Pete got agitated when I said no to the other work. “Well I mentioned this a while back “, as he would always say as he was taking fast and trying to sell me on more repairs. This particular time I came in with an engine light and I told him I needed it to be fixed. He recommended one thing we got that fixed, and it did not turn off the light he fell back on Something he had mentioned a while ago So I decided to test him I said OK if I get that fixed and the light doesn’t turn off, I guess since your problem…. He said no. Bottom line is this particular shop is not trustworthy , especially fast talking Pete . He’s all good if you are saying yes to everything he says , but when you say no, he doesn’t like it. Pete becomes snarky and somewhat disrespectful if you Do not do all of the work that he recommends. That’s what shopd do they get you in there for one thing and they recommend a bunch of other things, this has been going on since the amount of time. Nothing new her. I took my vehicle to another shop got it fixed and they did not recommend three or four other things and get upset when I didn’t do them. I went for one thing I got that one thing fixed, and I was on my way. That shop was trustworthy unlike going to Rolfs with Pete and his disrespectful Tone. To the owner…. There’s no need to send a rebuttal or a response to this review because you were Not a part of any of these interactions. Bottom line, I know how to work on cars. I just choose not to. I don’t like to be lied to and I don’t like to be on the other end of a disrespectful tone from a guy like Pete.

I’ve been going to Rolfs Import Auto Services for years and I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else. They’ve always been honest about what actually needs to be done, which is something I really appreciate. The quality of their work and the consistency of their service gives me complete confidence every time I bring my car in. I’ve recommended them to friends more than once because I’m always satisfied with the results. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, and Rolfs has earned that trust time and time again.

I’ve been taking my Audi to Rolf’s for a couple of years now and they are the best! Peter is always so helpful and provides awesome customer service. My car service needs are always met, they are efficient and their lobby is clean and comfortable to wait in! Thank you!

I just bought an 18k actual mile 2011 G Wagon 550 black on black mint condition and I took it to Rolf's in Fife for my 20k mile service.. Louie ...Peter and the whole crew are top-notch and absolute 10 star if it was available I recommend anybody to go check these guys out was totally amazed I will not be going anywhere else You guys rock !!!
