Constantine was such a lifesaver. My car was broken into last night and I didn’t know how I would get it fixed in time. I called right away and was immediately given a fair quote, and he ordered the parts I needed overnight. On top of that, I had accidentally given him the incorrect car model, which meant he ordered the wrong part (entirely my fault), yet he went out of his way to quickly drive back to the warehouse to get the correct one and kept me updated with his ETA the entire time. He worked fast, and even though my car is apparently a very difficult model for window replacement, he got it aligned perfectly on the first try and didn’t charge any extra fees like other places would have. He also vacuumed all the glass out of my car and inside the door, and even swept the glass off the road where I was parked so other cars wouldn’t be affected. He was incredibly kind, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process, and even referred me to a reliable mechanic for some ongoing unrelated car issues I've been having. Overall, the experience went far above and beyond anything I expected. I 100% recommend him for car window replacement in Tacoma.
