This dealership has been servicing my car for 4 years now and has always treated me fairly and professionally. They offer several quiet places to take care of business or relax. They have a coffee and tea bar that is high quality. They also always have some of their higher trim vehicles to look at in their showroom like the RS6GT and the R8.
View on GoogleI experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a service center, and I have been to many different dealers service centers. Was working with Braega. He was extremely cold, unhelpful, and overall rude. Dropped off a vehicle in the morning and was told its take just a few hours. Hadn't heard from the center all day after multiple voicemails left so I decided to show up and see what was going on. Upon arrival asked why there was no communication and Braega stated "there's one more hour in the day". I honestly could not believe how dismissive he was. He didn't seem willing or interested in helping at all. Unfortunately the car was still sitting on the lot and appeared drivable despite being told otherwise. As such when I requested a loaner car I was told that it would be out of my own expense even though one was promised for any overnight work. He proceeded to throw some keys at us and waved that the car was in the other direction than it was. Luckily his colleague Brandon stepped in and offered to find the car for us and apologized for his rudeness as he overheard the entire conversation. I expect much more from Audi especially since their sales department is so kind and helpful.
View on GoogleAfter 4 years I finally need to deal with putting new tires on my e-tron. Found that my anti-theft wheel stud adapter was missing. Showed up fully expecting to need to argue or pay a huge sum for a technician to remove the stud but no. Staff listened to my issue and said no problem. Used there master kit to find the right key and sold me just the key I needed without forcing me to buy a kit and the key was a super reasonable price. Thank you guys for your professionalism and service.

View on GoogleHad warranty work done on our car and they were timely and professional. Even were able to give me a shuttle ride back to my house and pick me up when the work was completed. Will definitely be coming back!
