I had a really disappointing experience at this dealership. I left my car with them for a full week while they waited for parts, and when I picked it up on September 2, I noticed scratches in three areas that weren’t there before. The staff buffed two spots but refused to fix the paint damage on my driver’s door and told me to talk to the manager. The manager, Nick, was extremely rude and dismissive. He argued with me and even said his team only documents “major damage,” which makes no sense since the inspection report showed my door was fine at drop off. Even worse, he handed me my key mid-conversation, told me to leave, and said he was the highest person I could speak with. After leaving my car in their care for a week, I expected professionalism, not hostility. I felt completely disrespected and dismissed. I hope leadership addresses Nick’s behavior, and I would caution anyone to be careful trusting this dealership with their vehicle.

My wife and I brought our RX350H in for its 5000 mile service. Preach was our assigned service manager who from start to finish gave us first cabin treatment and we we feel we made a new good friend. A great hire For Lexus of Fife !!!!

View on GoogleBeen there for oil change and courtesy vehicle inspection. When the vehicle was ready to go, service advisor told me that my air filter and cabin air filters are very dirty (I replaced them myself 3 weeks before this service). I said it's impossible, but she was proving me that she seen it and it's very dirty (see pic). Of course I pulled it right after just to check - it was absolutely clean. Drove 40 miles away and after a 5 min park - spotted dripping oil under the car. Crowed underneath and found out that oil bolt was completely loose (pic attached). And this is not the 1st story I've heard about this place. So I'd recommend everyone avoiding this service department
