Larson Cadillac Service Center

So first off, let me say that I have been bringing my vehicle to this dealership since 2022. This last time in February was the last straw! Not only did a 1-hour diagnostic take over 3 hours, NO exaggeration on the time frame, additionally, but I was also told during that diagnostic that I had a severe oil leak and a severe coolant leak & that I would potentially need to add coolant every day. I was also instructed to leave the car because it was overdue for an oil change. When I asked, "Why would I change the oil if it's a severe leak?" To which I did not get a response. I asked to be given my vehicle so I could leave. I did purchase 1 container of coolant, just in case, in February. I'm still using the same gallon of coolant I purchased from Larson Cadillac back in February. On top of all of the other run-around silliness on my way out, I noticed that every tire was a completely different PSI, like, come on now! One of the technicians, Harley, who was actually on a break, took my vehicle, filled all the tires, and checked the caps under my hood. Why did someone else need to do that when I literally just paid for a full diagnostic? Like that's basic customer service. I won't be bringing my vehicle back there.

Horrible wait time for an oil change appointment three hours! Price way too expensive for that type of service. Miscellaneous suggested services ridiculous, I had a 30,000-mile service not very long ago.

Great dealership, great staff, salesmen, parts counter people...I have a lot of Saabs and they have kept men going through the years 👌👌👌

NOT RECOMENDED! Came there with engine auto stop not working. After checking they told my battery is dead,and it's read 0 amp hour. but my battery in perfect conditions and start vehicle every time, even in frozing condition easy. Never jump start. After questioning them about their stupid diagnose and they can't prof it , they just want my money for nothing. End of story, I paid for no service, and drove off. On my way home auto stop start working with no issue, with my original battery. They was disconnecting my battery off the car for testing, and seem like that's reset the car and auto stop is working without any work done. I was talking to several people there including manager. They all seem very uncompitent and not educated. I was explaining them how it working and looking in they're empty eyes. Do not come here for help on your car. You will be charged for nothing because they want money, but no service.

I came in for oil change and I had a 50% off coupon and I showed it the lady helping me at the service center. When I was about to pay, I was told to pay the full price and of course I had to insist and tell her again that I showed her my coupon. These two ladies are playing damn! On top of the very long wait to get the service done, this place don't have any water to drink. My 3rd time coming and I asked one of the ladies if I can get some water also when I heard one customer asked for water and she said that she is going to check in the other area if there is but she never came back. I am refering to the same lady from the service department. Horrible service!
