Went to Toyota of Tacoma (Look Larson) this weekend to help our daughter buy a car. We were greeted by Jordan P almost immediately. He was so kind and professional. We initially came in looking for a specific vehicle and planned on taking the whole day going around to dealerships. Jordan even offered to drive us over to the Puyallup location if we didn’t find what we were looking for in Tacoma. Ended up going to out a 2026 Toyota Camry AWD Hybrid. It’s a gorgeous vehicle. Daughter loved it, and ended up making the purchase. Jordan made us feel so comfortable, he stayed with us through the whole process, communicated very well, and got us a great deal. I’ve been thinking about getting a new vehicle, and would honestly drive the extra 2.5 hours back to Toyota of Tacoma (we live in Port Angeles) to purchase my vehicle from him when we’re ready, just because we felt so well taken care of. Usually the car buying process is so painful, we were dreading it,, but Jordan made it enjoyable. Thanks so much Jordan! Our Jordyn loves her new car!

They both went above and beyond to help me get into my brand-new Hyundai Elantra, and I couldn’t be happier. You can tell they truly value their customers and take pride in doing honest, quality work. It’s rare to meet people in sales who are as down-to-earth and trustworthy as they are. Buyer beware - I bought a barely used one owner SUV a few years ago (River Road Puyallup). The original owner was the service manager at Larson. I questioned a couple things on the vehicle history, all explained as the service manager being picky on how his cars are taken care of. Come to find out, the constant issues I had to deal with were already happening before I purchased. After years of the rig being in/out of the shop for service finally traded it in at another dealership. They knowingly sold me a lemon.

My experience here was mixed of good and bad. To start with the good, the sales person I started with seem to be pretty helpful. He did help get me a reasonable price on a vehicle especially since it was not a vehicle I wanted to begin with. I appreciated that they waived my maintenance fee to help get me in a vehicle but I really wish sales people all over this country, not just at this dealership would just respect their customers time and intelligence. Trying to sweet talk another adult about a vehicle in order to get them to purchase it is so lame and just typical dinasour tactics. Get to know your customers and just get straight to the pricing because you want people to pay for stuff they don't have to pay for. I appreciate that the sales person wanted to help and was very understanding but I don't appreciate my time being wasted. For the bad, like I hinted at before. The 1st major issue I had with my experience here was the fact that they wasted my time and held me up at this dealership ship for over 8 hours and talking to me about irrelevant stuff about a vehicle I am not interested in. They were more concerned about making sales and commissions that actually helping me getting into a vehicle. Lastly, the finance rep was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I expressed concerns and my clear misunderstanding of the costs, he got annoyed and started to get rude with me telling me he's frustrated. You have some nerve getting frustrated when you people held me up for 8 hours pretending you wanted to help when all you cared about was jacking up the financing. I told the finance rep I was offended with his attitude especially when they kept me there for 8 hours. All I wanted to do was get into a vehicle I expressed into and get back home to my family. I did leave with a vehicle regardless, but I will not be returning here for any services in the future.
