I’ve always taken my cars for regular and big schedule maintenance there. Alijah is great to work with, always kind, willing to help and provide as much information as possible is there is a problem. Recommended for your Honda needs.
View on GoogleBeen doing business with these guy for years. We've purchased two vehicles in the last seven years. They were the most fair service department of all the nearby Honda dealerships until they started incentivising their service advisors, jacking up their prices, and to add insult to injury they now charge 3% for credit card transactions. Talk about some nickle and dime ridiculousness. The service advisors have become shady and unethical now that they basically get commission for the service they sell. It's sad because several of them have been there for years and we trusted them. We didn't consider shopping other dealerships or brands last year when we bought a car from them, but times are changing I guess.

Especially with the video walk through in order to show you exactly what they are talking about out so you didn’t just think they were being “that mechanic”. Not a single complaint at all from me!

View on GoogleThese guys are awesome. Before calling these guys, I called the Sumner Honda and waited on hold for 15 minutes and got transferred 3 times. These Fife guys picked up right away and talked through my vehicle troubles. I'll definitely be coming here for service, and probably a new car in the somewhat near future.
