Really incredible from start to finish. Very professional, great communication, and excellent work. Hard to find this level of customer service anywhere. There are not many Toyota Certified collision centers in Washington. Luckily these guys are there if you need a repair! 10/10. Thank you Danielle and team!

Not only did my car get fixed both perfectly both times, but the staff were so incredibly great to work with. Doug was super accommodating and communicative throughout my repair process, and Danielle at the front desk was so kind and kept me updated on the status of my repairs from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend anyone to go to Collision Center NW!

The communication from Danielle was exceptional and she did such a great job keeping me updated and aware of the status of my repair, especially when they ran into delays waiting on parts shipments. We had done some self damage to the liftgate of our X7 and I knew I wanted to have a dealership do the work if possible because I had been a service writer for a dealership for about 6 years in my past and I knew how important it was to get qualified people doing the job. We had quite the battle with insurance but the folks at collision center northwest stuck with us and gave us guidance and help along the way and they finished the job very quickly and extremely well once to go ahead was received.
