I can't recommend this shop enough! Roger and Mark have always been honest, professional, and kind every time I've brought my vehicle in. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer all my questions, and make sure I understand what work needs to be done. It's hard to find a repair shop you can truly trust, but they have earned my loyalty through their excellent customer service and integrity. I will not be taking my vehicle anywhere else. I brought my BMW to the dealership when my car threw a drive train malfunction code and went into limp mode. My car was also running EXTREMELY rough. After multiple tests at the dealership they said my car needed a compression test for the motor. The dealership wanted to charge $1100.00 for the compression test. I called and spoke with Roger at Z Sport Euro and he said that they would charge $277.00 for the hour of diagnosis and the compression test combined. The compression test came back as normal and they said that I needed new fuel injectors and that should fix the issue. Unfortunately that was not the issue so we are back to square one. We did the injectors at home and programmed them. Car is still running like garbage and no improvement whatsoever. But I would like to thank these guys for doing the compression test that ensured my motor isn’t the issue. And at an affordable price. Just sucks that the diagnostic was incorrect on their end. Affordable diagnostic is so important!

Great shop. I have been coming here for years for regular maintenance and other mechanical repairs. Mark is always a great help, called this morning needing an oil change and they were able to squeeze me in same day before I left on a trip. Great quality work on engine work they have done for me. Highly recommend them to everyone.

I went to this place thinking they know their stuff, but the opposite happened. Roger was very professional when I contacted them over the phone. I myself noticed what the issue with my car was and they told me that they do not have the computer/technology to scan my car and recommended me to take it to the dealer, and was asked to pay $221 to tell me the issue what I have already told them on the envelop when I dropped the key. In general, they can be good at oil changes and may be tire rotations, but I do not think they can fix complex issues lol. I am just leaving this to help other customers to not take things that require scanning to the shop since they said they do not have the tech. The 2 stars is for customer service and the -3 is for their skill set.

Don't come to this place if you have an even slightly technical problem, they'll just take your money. They talk to you in a degrading tone, as if they know everything and you know nothing about YOUR car. They'll blame the problem on you and defend their reason as to why they couldn't fix the problem you came in for until they die. Barely spend any time diagnosing they problem. Came in for a battery drain twice, never fixed the problem, and did all of which I said above. Took my car to the dealership and they fixed it instantly, no issues. If you appreciate your money and are fully aware of the maintenance a european car takes don't bother coming here, just go to your dealership.
