Communication was outstanding—they kept me updated throughout the process, answered all of my questions promptly, and made everything stress-free. AB Service Center is a real gem in the Seattle/Shoreline area. Bogdan is an outstanding mechanic — knowledgeable, professional, honest, and clearly someone who takes pride in his work. He does not just guess and start replacing parts. He takes the time to do proper diagnostics, explain what is actually needed, and offer the best options for repair and maintenance. I really appreciated how straightforward and professional the whole process was. We agreed on the work in advance: rear wheel hub replacement, brake rotors, brake pads, spark plugs, plus an oil and filter change. Bogdan ordered the parts himself, finished everything on time, and backed the work with a 1-year warranty. What also gave me confidence was that his workshop is properly equipped, including a car lift, so the work is done in a professional setup rather than in makeshift conditions. That absolutely shows in the quality of the service. What stood out the most was his transparency and customer service. The pricing was fair and clear, there were no hidden charges, and no unnecessary work was pushed on me. That kind of honesty is rare. I have got to know the owner of the business about 2 years ago at a different location. He just recently opened his own business at this location. Great service, and convenient location!
