I have always had my dads help with fixing my cars so I was so nervous about bringing my vehicle to a mechanic place I dont know aa most people are? I tell you Brian and crew didn't disappoint they had a few issues to work through to get the actual problem figured out and took them a week but it sure paid off. They worked with me on the price and after some intense computer and wiring adjustments my car was fixed and the price 🙃 was amazing 👏 🤩. Thank youuuu so very much for helping a girl out you have earned my business and best of all I have a place I can take my baby to knowing they will take great care of us 😀 ❤️

2-star – Severe fuel leak after $7,300 rodent repair. Strong gasoline smell inside and outside + 2-second crank delay. Drove it on the freeway 2017 F-150 rodent damage repair at A1 Auto Service Center. Total cost $7,357. When I pick up: • Powerful gasoline smell inside and outside the truck • 2-second crank / delayed start every time I asked service advisor Brian right there. He said: – “The gasoline smell is normal after the injector cleaning, it will go away in a few days.” – “Delayed start is just old spark plugs – replace them and it will be fine.” I trusted him and drove home on the freeway. That night the entire garage reeked of gasoline. The next morning I took it to another shop for the spark plugs. The technician immediately found a large pool of gasoline under the engine – the flashlight showed a clear reflection. The delayed crank was caused by the fuel leak, not the plugs. I called A1. They told me to “just drive it back.” I no longer felt safe, so I paid for a flatbed tow the same day. Later they confirmed a damaged intake manifold gasket and are waiting for the part. After paying for over $7,300, they handed me a vehicle with a major fuel leak and a serious potential fire hazard, told me everything was normal, and let me drive it on the freeway. I hope A1 will improve their final inspection and road-test procedures so no other customer is put in this situation. Follow-up The truck was returned to me after the intake gasket/O-ring replacement for the previous fuel leak.But later I noticed a clear hissing/whistle sound when accelerating. New issues (sluggish takeoff) became obvious. I notified A1 immediately.After pushing, they finally took it to the shop. I expect A1 to take full responsibility and fix everything properly this time so this can end positively. Final result The last issue was confirmed to be related to the injector. After replacement, the vehicle operated normally. Thanks to the technicians for completing the repair.

06 Subaru Impreza brought in after accident. First transaction quoted at just under $4.5k for a bunch of replaced parts. 20 year old car. Makes sense. Paid and repaired. Picked car up to shaking noise from repaired area. Called Brian, the employee and dropped the car off again. They “found the issue” and fixed it. (From here, things are fine. I’m on vacation, Brian had promised no charge and I was looking forward to getting my vehicle back.) Unfortunately on pickup, the car still had the same noises occurring and I was forced to drop the car off again. This was a couple weeks later after returning from vacation and the car had not been driven at all. It was at this time they “found the real issue”and wanted me to pay another $1k for parts and labor. What bothered me most though was that not even installing the parts would cost me $200 for my car back for “diagnostic”…? I returned to the store to get clarification. I asked if they had performed checks on the car to make sure it worked properly as they would’ve heard the noise immediately even on the first return of the car. Brian was adamant this noise just started and they fixed everything correctly. This diagnostic also cost $200 because when you drop your car to be fixed, they only check the “problem area”. Since this part was missed in their first repair and not diagnosed before, it’s another diagnostic fee, of course! Brian could not understand after multiple attempts to explain how irritating it was to come here multiple times for their failure to notice obvious issues only stating over and over “this noise just happened” and absolutely refusing to believe my claims of hearing these noises after every pick up. (Not to mention the strange insult I received from him about “trying to save money”) If they had quoted those parts in the first repair, no problem. Done. I want my car fixed. I don’t live locally and having to bring my car in is a 50 mile drive. You asking where I lived to recommend closer Tire Nation locations printed on your water bottle was funny though, props. He sheepishly agreed to let me not pay the $200 throwing in how “they are here to make money…”. Finally I left with my vehicle, noises still occurring, and now with the strong stench leftover from the workers cigarette smoke. Edit: Business contacted me after the review. Admitted fault to the misunderstanding, cigarette smoke, and multiple trips required. Only to never follow up on the remediation steps that they called to offer. A1 is A1! Going here for years and the culture has remained the same! Reliable diagnostic work. Clear communication about best options for repairs and you don’t wait days to hear from them. Brian was thorough in explaining what they were doing at each step and I never felt rushed or dismissed when I had questions. They offer out of house financing also. Great experience every time!

Instead of just telling me something needed to be done. They showed me and educated me on what was needed and why. I have a huge move halfway across the country and they made sure I had everything done I needed to safely make the trip. Great guys. Can't recommend them enough.
