Outstanding customer service! I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Point S since 2011, and they’ve always been friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I recently went in for an oil change and tire repair, and once again they did a great job. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Honest, reliable, and always great service. Thanks again for another awesome experience!

From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They listened carefully to my needs and explained everything clearly without any pressure. Stewart personally handled my car and did a fantastic job. Not only was the work completed efficiently and professionally, but he also took the time to follow up with me afterward to make sure everything was performing perfectly and that I had no concerns. That extra level of care really stood out and gave me complete confidence in their service. Whether you need simple maintenance like an oil change or more involved work like alignments and tire repairs, I highly recommend this shop. They treat your vehicle like it’s their own and deliver excellent results every time. Five stars all the way!
View on GoogleI got my oil change but I meant what I said when I’m never coming back here again. Phil was a good guy but the catalyst of my frustration was Marc. I called ahead to ask if they would honor the 15% coupon I had and Marc said yes. All was well and good when I got that answer. I drove 30 mins to this place, when I could have easily gone some place closer. Only to hear that they wouldn’t honor the coupon. I was furious. Marc either lied to me or didn’t listen to my question. And if Tire Nation & Auto Repair Point S wants to keep employees like that, they’ll get no business from me. Marc, from one man to another, work on yourself. You stood by and said nothing as this was happening. Holding to your word is something good men do. Disreputable men say nothing and let someone else take the heat. Phil, thank you for helping.

Explained after appointment about what they fixed on my car and just some details. Fast easy and simple guys. They did my alignment when 3 other shops couldn’t so I’m thankful.
