So I roll up to Everett Tire Automotive with a flat tire — you know, the kind of thing you’d expect a TIRE SHOP to help with? Silly me. I leave my car there thinking they’ll do the decent thing and fix the tire. I come back and find out… THEY TOWED IT. Yes. TOWED. My car. From a tire shop. For having a flat tire. Let that sink in. Did anyone call me? No. Did anyone offer assistance? Nope. Just a surprise tow bill like it’s my birthday — except instead of cake, it’s attitude and incompetence. 🎁 To the man running the front (you know who you are) — I’m not sure if you’re running a tire shop or a tow truck commission scam. Either way, you’ve lost a customer for life and gained a one-star legend. If you value your money, time, and common decency, steer clear. Unless you want your car to disappear faster than their tire ever getting fixed.

View on GoogleI took my car in to fix the A/C. They did a good job and nice people but this place is a little expensive. They completed A/C inspection and had to replace the AC clutch relay($20 at Autozone) and recharge the AC with refrigerant ($40 at Autozone). I got a bill for $303. I don't think I'll go back to this place for anything else. If you think $303 is a reasonable price for this kind of work then this place is for you.
