I only stopped in because my splash guard was slapping the under side of my van. They were super nice, helpful, and quickly fixed my problem and got me back on the road in no time. Not a typical transaction for the business, but a pleasant one nonetheless.

The service was great and the cost was very affordable. Best service we’ve ever gotten from a repair shop. They were honest, transparent and very diligent about their work. They did what they said and we couldn’t be any more pleased with the result. Definitely would recommend for any car repair needs. They didn’t try to beat around the bush or rip us off. They assessed the damaged to the front bumper and gave the lowest estimate to get the bumper and fender fixed. The only thing that was a not so great was to drive to get there but apart from that the service was EXCELLENT! ****Update**** So, the front bumper that we got on the car after being told the repair was complete was wrong, it's been over a month now since trying to get the repair COMPLETED and we're either getting told that the keep getting the wrong bumper for our model or we'll schedule a time to get the repair done, show up, no one would come out or answer calls or texts to notify us of a wait or a change in plan or anything. Due to this recent experience, I've decided to change my rating because this has been very aggravating and simply a waste of time and money as I am unable to use my car for work. Now my income is being affected and they don't seem to care. I am going to send a report to BBB because this is ridiculous, it shouldn't take this long to get the bumper replaced or in contact with them to do so. We won't be going back to them after they get this bumper replaced and I would not recommend them. If this is how they treat their customers, why would we recommend new prospects only for them to be disappointed? The guy doesn't know what he's doing when it comes to getting the right part for the car and he messed up in trying to get the front bumper on!!! Now that's gonna cost us more money just to fix his mistakes! If your not an expert on cars, don't give people that impression and maybe not work on them.

Revision from 1-star review... I emailed Roy upon reading his response (1:45 on 1/15) I did receive a phone call back late on 1/16. He said he was on his way back from a business trip. During that time I went with someone else and because I didn't use their services, I didn't feel a 1-star review was appropriate. But, because there was no auto-reply on his email, and the previous experience, it isn't much better. *Original Review - On 1/9 I called looking for an auto body place to repair one of our business pick-up's that had been hit. Although it was during business hours there was no answer and I left a message. I also completely filled out their online request for quote that ultimately would not submit. I found an email address and then sent a detailed message along with a photo and insurance quote. It is 1/15 and I have not received a call or a response via email. Very poor way of doing business.

I dropped my vehicle and they said it would take two days. They ended up calling me five days later and the quality of the cleaning/detailing was poor, there's no notable difference to when i dropped it off. Extremely overpriced for the quality.

Shop is ok, Took forever to get my car done but after the wait was over it was worth it. Only thing i should say they need more communication with customers they told me they were going to send me pictures of the work progress but never did
