These guys installed a downpipe and entire exhaust system for me and even my rear diffuser in less than 3 hours and the owner is the most humble and kind man you will ever meet I just found my new mechanic for life

If I could give zero stars, I would. We didn't know the shop had changed ownership, so we brought our 2013 Dodge Ram in for front brake job and check engine light (diagnostic machine said cylinder misfire which wound up being a cam shaft replacement). When we got it back after a couple of weeks, after they "found an oil leak" and had to wait for parts, then had to have one of the heads completely replaced because the machinist wrecked the original one following the cam shaft replacement, but they didn't know the sensor also needed to be replaced at the same time (yes, this was all communicated to us, but the oil leak repair failed to make it onto the final invoice), the check engine light was still on, as well as the the light indicating the traction function was off. We brought it to an independent shop, and have video footage that shows not only were the brakes improperly done, but that the engine is toast and needs to be replaced entirely. We have them an opportunity to make it right. Both lights are still on, the truck is running horrible, there is an obvious oil leak that wasn't there before, and when we asked to speak with the owner, we were told he would be reaching out, but haven't heard anything at all. For a shop that has the tag line, "We wish you drive safe," I call bull. When directly asked about several issues, the manager tried telling me my husband was lying about it, even though I had been sitting three feet away from him and heard the entire conversation. He also claimed that in the ~3 weeks they had our truck, they never once noticed the very visible sticker on the back window alerting EMS that there may be an autistic adult in the vehicle that is unable to advocate for themselves in case of an accident. There were so many problems here, including being told we would need to pay to replace the engine they ruined, but they were willing to take off the amount we had already paid. We called one of his other business locations to ask to speak to him when we realized this location was being really shifty, and as far as we can tell, the other shop contacted this one, but not the owner. Please think about YOUR safety and go somewhere else! EDIT: Thank you for your response and I would like to address some of what you replied with, since I am not certain you were correctly informed about some things, but I would like to give you that response in writing and this site does not allow me to respond directly to your response to my review, and also does not allow for me to put it here; I would assume due to length, since there was a lot to respond to, especially pertaining to the "loaner" we were given, as well as the claim that we did not request brake repair work, since it was addressed in the original estimate paperwork. Also, you have been provided with the video; I watched my husband send the files yesterday at your Bothell location when he was certain he had the correct information as to where it needed to be sent to avoid any further complications. Please let me know immediately if this has not been provided to you. Now that all of this has been addressed, I would like to say that I appreciate your reaching out to us and are actively trying to resolve the situation; I also believe if you had reached out to us *both* times we requested it from both the Everett location and one of your other shops once your manager refused to give my husband your contact information to speak with you in the first place, this could have been avoided altogether. I truly, honestly hope to leave a positive review for your Bothell location; however, I will say that I will never trust your Everett location again.

Went in to get AC fixed. Service was good and the price was decent. Had to leave the car overnight since the diagnosis ran longer than expected. However, I noticed that they messed up the interior of my car. Looks like they just shoved a screw driver to take off the interior pieces instead of using a plastic trim removal tool. It looks like they also didn't put the screw back in that keeps the interior pieces together. Probably won't be going back.

They took week to fix cam shaft, then kept my truck for extra two weeks because they said it had oil leak. They had to put a brand new head on my engine and could still not resolve the oil leak. Gave me the truck back only charged for camshaft Gee gave me no receipt for any of the two weeks work to fix an oil leak. My truck was running terrible brakes felt terrible, had another shop check their work the brakepads were replaced over bad roters, gave me video of my engine metal shavings everywhere in sensors engine and in oil filter. They said I needed new engine. Gee said they were right about the brakes but were lying about the engine, my check engine light says Cam shaft sensor were failing and traction sensor, Gee had his guys put new sensors clean it up fix brakes check engine light still on traction sensor failed and engine is riding terrible. Sometimes we start it up and it's shaking shakes while driving waiting 🛑 shaking whole truck. The manager is refusing to connect me with his boss leaving me with the only choice to let him pretend to fix my truck again.

The best shop in town I had a full engine overhaul done here, and honestly, the work was excellent. My car now runs like new. The team was professional, respectful, and the pricing was fair compared to other shops. Highly recommended if you want quality, honest work. Thanks a lot
