Red Tires

I came to this shop on a Sunday afternoon because discount tires was closed and Firestone turned me away because they were trying to go home for the day(I came in the o’clock hour). My back left tire was leaking air and I needed to fix it before the next day to be able to go to work. Luckily, Red Tire on Evergreen Way was open because they’re open seven days a week….I pulled up and an employee immediately came outside and talked to me about what tire I was having problems with. They jacked up the car and took off the back left tire. Then inspected it and found where the air was leaking out of. I attached a picture of what it was. It looks to be a shard of metal inside the tire. Francisco, a friendly employee came out and explained to me that they could do a plug or a patch job. He explained that the patch approach was better quality and so I went with that for $35. They got to work on the car tire right away, dismounting the tire from the rim and patching it for me. I didn’t get tires here, but in the future, I’ll consider it because of the good customer service and the availability of them being open on Sundays when discount tire is closed. They have a really cool inventory of rims as well for your car if you want to give your ride more aesthetic appeal. Or like in my case, put wider tires on your car so it handles better in bad weather. Which is what I did with my wife’s Volkswagen golf. Doing so required wider rims to fit wider tires. So I got wider rims and it now handles better in ice, rain and snow thanks to putting 255/40/18 size tires on it compared to the factory 235s(Golf R) So if you want to put wider tires on your car, red tires also sell rims to allow for a wider tire to fit under your car which improves and performance and safety. Or if you just need tires, I got a quote from them on some Michelins about a year and a half ago and they were competitive with their pricing.

When competition across the rode does you wrong these guys will treat you with Decency and treat your how it should be. They did not pressure to buy and fixed the problem les swab fail too!! Shout out to the Francisco!

Twice now this shop has come in clutch on a Sunday! Needed tires last week in hurry, done in under an hour on a walk in. Got an alignment appt today at the last minute. They do great work, knowledgeable, fair and honest. Thank you again!

Unfortunately I had an incident with an employee with red tires I was looking for an estimate unfortunately I got the wrong entrance, but I wasn't obstructing anyone's passage or even bothering anyone I had just parked less than a minute, but these people are on the defensive in search of problems, not knowing that the only thing they do is lose customers that bad for red tires I would never recommend this place with people of this type, the owner of A-1 Mofflers told me that they always have the same problem with the same person I should be respectful to address someone, since he offered to hit me if I didn't move the vehicle without knowing if I could be a potential customer he started saying I'm going to break your mother, if he didn't take me off immediately without asking first, then they wonder where the customers are that's bad for them
