ONB Automotive Repair

If I could leave lower than one star, I really would. I went here a while back to get my car checked out and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it without having to run some diagnostics that would cost thousands of dollars I ended up going to a different auto Mechanic who charged me $80 for diagnostics And let me know everything that was wrong showed me photos and explained to me what was going on, at ONB auto repair they had told me they were going to show me photos after they looked at my car and they never showed me photos. they didn’t give me clarification on what they found. Actually they said they didn’t really find anything and that they would have to do a test to run fluid through to figure out if it even had an oil leak the other mechanic figured out it had a blown head gasket within 15 minutes of looking at it if that doesn’t show the lack of skill that ONB auto repair has that I don’t know what does. I’m now getting spam text from here telling me to bring my car in and that they have deals ( no deal is good with their pricing and stupidity) So I’m at the point where I am putting this post out and I’m about to block their number and hope to dear God that they don’t text me or that I ever have to think of them again I do want to note that there is a lot more points to this experience that I could point out, but this would turn into a book. The people there were nice, but obviously trying to scam me into more work that wasn’t even worth it for the car they also told me that they bought their parts from third-party Manufactures rather than the original manufacturer and their pricing did not match the aspect that they’re paying for cheaper parts its was still a bend over and get railed kind of experience for the price the only people I would send here for help is people I truly despise

Been using ONB for Preventative Maint. Couldn't be happier. They are very fair with time, do solid work and always communicate throughout the service. They are my go to!!!

Professional,friendly, reliable, trustworthy,and all with good old customer service. Traits that can be hard to find these days! Keep up the good work. It’s comforting to know you are out there. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for!

My 2019 Ford F150 XLT all of the sudden started making a high squealing noise as if for some reason something suddenly happened to my brakes. I've always heard ONB does good work on vehicles so I was in the area and pulled in. I was met by an Abby who assured me they could help and since they were closing she offered me a loaner car. The next day ONB found the problem, expedited a part that was needed, making an extra effort to get my truck fixed asap and had it ready for me. No one likes taking their vehicle in to an automotive shop to get worked on, but I know ONB is there with a great staff, like Abby, and mechanics, that do quality work, if I should need them.

After losing confidence w/Bucky's I headed over to ONB Auto. This crew, led by Mike, is the best in Everett, bar none. They are honest, forthright and willing to go over every detail of your repair with you. I've never had a mechanic explain to me in such great detail what is going on w/my car, and how they plan to fix it. They even take pics of the car's inner systems to help show you what's wrong and how it can be repaired. Wanna see your old part? No problem! They'll show it to you. They kept me updated on their progress every step of the way. They did only work they had cleared with me first. And they were able to diagnose and fix a problem that had previously stumped 3 other mechanics. Not only that, but they texted and called me a few days after I picked up my car just to make sure it was running well. And it is. I cannot recommend them enough! I'll never go anywhere else. They may not be the cheapest but they are THE BEST. And they're on par with other mechanics in the area. The only difference is they do things with the highest level of care, consideration, and accuracy all of the time. They're in no way scheming or interested in upselling, like so many mechanics I've come across. What I paid for is exactly what I got. No hidden charges. They were even willing to source salvage and refurbished parts for me to save on cost. For your convenience they have a drop box so you can drop off your car before or after business hours. And there is plenty of parking in front of the building as well as streetside. 5 star mechanics. Thank you, ONB! And thank you, Mike! You guys rock!
