M&N Absolute Auto Repair

I was very happy with the oil change they did on my 2007 Toyota Matrix and the clear and reasonable estimates of my next maintenance issues. I only wish that if I make an appointment for 10:30 AM I wasn't sitting waiting for the car at 4:45, for an oil change!

The receptionist was not aware of why there were 2 tax lines on the bill when I asked. She just said "that's just how it is". Additionally, I didn't see the appeal of going to M&N since their prices were pretty much at par if not higher than an authorized dealership for my Hyundai atleast. I'll mostly stick to the authorized dealership going forward. Apart from that, they did a decent job with the oil change and the inspection.

Dont do it!! They will overprice parts/labor. Got charged $1400 for water pump repair, and "repair" caused vehicle to break 11k miles later for 60-100k repair. Ended up getting it done for almost half the cost just to learn M&N took advantage of price gauging. They were called twice immediately afterwards, and neither front desk receptionist even knew the work was even done at that location. It wasnt until we requested for an itemized statement to confirm it. All while bein stuck on side of highway 2 hours from home, trying to find a tow, lodging, and a body shop in a small town, which luckily 1 of 3 body shops was able to get us in to get us back on the road the next morning. We’ll never return to this place! Get another quote if you're shopping prices/quality because Leavenworth Auto care did the repair with the same parts from Dodge at much lower rate.

My 2003 F-150 Truck at 178000+ miles, was showing the signs of old age, and a few weeks ago decided that it had been neglected for too long. We priced used/new trucks at $20 - $30 - $40 - $60K, and with all the new digital crap on the new vehicles, we decided that putting money into my truck (that I love) seemed like a good option. In the recent past, we used M and Auto to bail us out on our Honda, and even though still expensive, M and N Auto helped us out with a used transmission and labor cost, making it affordable to fix. They were fair, professional, and earned our trust, so when we talked about fixing our truck, we had it towed to M and N Auto. I NOW have my truck back running and driving like new! I still have small stuff to fix, and M and Auto has earned my repeat business for my nice 2003 F-150 that KID YOU NOT, I received a compliment from someone yesterday saying, "Is that a 2-wheel drive Super Crew? That's a nice truck! Thank you, M and N. 5 Stars!

Looking for a great mechanic can be a difficult challenge. You want someone knowledgeable and experienced, who can get the job done without taking advantage of you with the price of labor and repairs. I had the BEST experience with M&N Absolute Auto Repair! Darcy was unmatched in her customer service and confidence that her team could get my repairs done. My RAV4 had the ABS light continuously on and brakes lights weren’t working. Previous mechanic said they didn’t know what was the issue and took a guess and gave me a quote of $2500 telling me that I needed a new ABS module but they couldn’t guarantee that the expensive repair would even fix the issues. They even recommended that I sell the car! Praise the Lord that we went to get a second opinion and called M&N Absolute Auto Repair! Not only did they provide detail updates along the way but they took time to explain what was wrong with the car. Turned out to be not the ABS unit at all but a Corroded cable. They replaced it and boom! The abs light turned off and brake lights shine like the day I got the car! Plus it was about the third of the price of the previous mechanic! My experience was excellent. I will be returning for any car related issues. Ask for Darcy- she is the best and awesome at her job. She made me feel secured that the problem could be fixed and communicated with me every step of the way. Give this place a call. Don’t make finding a good mechanic difficult for yourself.
