I came in after hearing from family members what great service they have received, and I can say that Fleet Service did not disappoint. I brought in my husband's truck for transmission issues and although being booked up with other jobs, Colby got it diagnosed quickly and squeezed us in for repair. He was transparent and communicative the entire time and never left me questioning what was happening. I appreciate Fleet Service for taking care of us and I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle!

Fleet auto repair provides excellent customer service. It’s extremely rare that you will find the high level of attention to detail and personnel really taking time to listen to your concerns and then address them. Fleet auto repair does this. I recently got a vehicle inspection to ensure my car is safe for a long trip. They charged me a very reasonable price and did a thorough inspection and provided a written report with photographs. In the report they addressed each of the concerns that I had specifically and in detail then they took the time to explain to me what they found during the inspection and gave me suggestions and guidance on how to keep my car running safely. I cannot remember the last time I received this level of customer service from any company.

I have been to Fleet Automotive twice. All the staff from front desk to mechanics to managers are genuinely friendly and honest. They explain everything in detail and make sure you understand. This last time was for AC conditioning. Eric, Will and the front young ladies are awesome! Everyone there really knows there stuff and they are so helpful. Great atmosphere there. I will keep coming there. I trust them 100%.Also, get a card for a coffee or free car wash. 🥰

First time customer, although I came in knowing what a great reputation they had. They did not disappoint and I left extremely happy. Plan on being a repeat customer from here on out. In addition I went to several places to get quotes but in the end Colby won me over with his great attitude, patience and willingness to take the time to explain things. Very impressed by and appreciative of the free scanning they provide. Shows you what's being done what needs to be done and what is critical. In all, if it's not obvious, I'm very pleased.
