Excellent service! My Jeep’s air conditioner stopped working and they were able to get me in the very next day. They fixed the problem quickly, answered all of my questions and provided an excellent warranty on the work they did. I really appreciated the professionalism of the entire team and would definitely recommend Evergreen Auto Repair!

Evergreen did a great job. Made it super easy. I needed a pre inspection for a used car. They coordinated with the dealer and I didn't even have to go to the shop. They called me and went over the findings after they were complete. Highly recommend.

Matt and Ryan are really professionals. From the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave. They want to make sure.make sure you’re happy when things are done. I was amazed. I took my card at noon and by 3 PM the same day they had the Air air-conditioning system completely repair pump system charged, and all goes with that. I highly recommend them to anyone as they have the ability to work on any type of vehicle.

I usually don’t write reviews, but Brandon and his team truly made me want to because their work, honesty, and professionalism absolutely deserve it. If I could give more than five stars, I’d gladly give them seven. From the very first visit, Brandon showed incredible patience and professionalism. I had to reschedule multiple times because the dealership wasn’t responding clearly, yet he remained understanding and accommodating throughout the process. Even though their last appointment is normally at 2:00pm for car inspections but he kindly agreed to take my car at 2:30 that day and on top of that he generously gave me about 40% off. That level of flexibility and customer care is rare. Brandon is absolutely amazing, simply outstanding, kind, honest, and incredibly helpful. What truly impressed me is how honest and thorough they are. Their inspections are extremely detailed, and you can genuinely trust their judgment. They clearly explain what’s good, what needs work, and whether a car is actually worth buying or not. I fully trusted his advice. When I brought a second car for inspection, he surprised me by doing it completely free. At first I thought he was joking and not serious at all but he actually meant it. I’ve honestly never seen that kind of generosity and integrity from an auto shop before. For the third car, he again went above and beyond by giving me another discount when he found out that was me again, along with a full report, repair estimates, notes, and honest guidance about whether I should move forward with the purchase. Brandon and his team are professional, trustworthy, detailed, and genuinely kind people. If you’re planning to buy a car and want a pre-purchase inspection you can rely on, this is absolutely the place to go. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
