Enriquez Tires

I hate leaving reviews like this but I feel like this one is deserved and the boss is a little bit of a crook. I came here 2 days ago right before close and got two used tires installed on the front of my work van. The gentleman who installed them told me that he had more in stock of the same size for the rear in case I needed to change them out too. On the drive home, one of them started to wobble and I pulled over and noticed a huge bubble and the tire had gone flat. Could have been no issue but what happened next in my opinion was just wrong. I called up the next day in the morning, and was told by a gentleman on the phone "come by the shop and we'll get you sorted". I pulled up to the shop and this time the gentleman who installed the tires wasn't there, so the boss greeted me and was very quick to accuse me of hitting something which I didn't. He then proceeded to tell me that the best he could do was to put a used tire on it for 25 bucks which I said sure to. The tire he brought out was from 2010, basically bald, hard rubber that was cracking looked like it belonged in a museum honestly. I asked to see if he had any other used tires for me and he told me that that's the only one he had. He then told me that the best he could do was to get me a new tire but he didn't have it in stock so the best he could do was to give it to me the next day for a discounted price. Honestly at that point I should have just walked away and gone somewhere else but I said sure because the price was decent. He actually did follow through on that though. Pretty annoyed because I ended up having to drive an hour each way twice, paid $220 in total for an off-brand tire and another one that's used. Also annoyed because Im pretty certain the boss was lying about only having one tire to give me and purposely pulled out the worst one he had to get me to buy a new one even after I told him I lived an hour away.

This comment is in regards too Wílliam Brown, This is how you brought me the tire. After I put air in the tire you can clearly see the big bubble. It was only 25psi and the bubble was noticeable right away meaning there’s no way my workers would sell you a bad tire. If you look closely around the rim you can see how it was either a curb or sidewalk hit. I understand accidents happen. If you do your math right you can see in the recipe you can clearly see you only paid $20 more for the new tire. As you can see We lost money by giving you a new tires to make you happy . I can now see that all you wanted was a new tire from us when we had good intentions. No worries thank you regardless for stopping by at Enriquez tires and if you ever need out service ever again you are always welcome.

I called less than an hour before they closed, I had already gone to 2 other tire shops trying to get my tire mounted with to high of a price. Brian was happy to help, even being so last minute at a great price! I will definitely be back. They have a location in sultan and both are extremely friendly and helpful.
