I took my 2007 volvo s40 t5 to conway motors to have them diagnose a grind noise i heard while driving. They first told me if they could figure out the issue quickly they wouldnt charge me a diagnostic fee which they called me within an hour of opening telling me the right wheel bearing was bad and wanted to replace it while wanting to charge 820 dollars with thw diagnostic fee. I told them I can afford that took it home replaced the right wheel bearing and the grind was still there. I then took it to another shop aamco transmission in everett and they did an actual free diagnostic and told me the left wheel bearing was the problem and two bent rims in the front so ended up going home and changing the left wheel bearing and the problem was solved. I would not recommend conway motors at all to people

View on GoogleConaway motors worked in my Audi s3. After many hours of tearing it apart and trying to fix it myself, I accepted defeat and towed it to Conaway. They were fast. Took 2 days to diagnose, and 2 days to get it done. I had originally figured there was water in my fuel and thought I got it all out, but when Conaway took it, they diagnosed it with the same issue and cleared my tank + crankcase correctly. Eric, the tech who worked on my car was extremely knowledgeable and had great customer service. Had a great conversation with him over the car and he was super helpful. Told me exactly what he did. My float on my fuel pump was even broken (I told him don't worry about it), but he even fixed it for me when he took the fuel pump out. Along with adding a clamp to one of my loose hoses. And then told me other little things about my car just to make sure I knew about them Broken plastics/supports etc). Overall, was worth my money and great experience. They know what they're doing for sure. Adding on to that, Logan was super nice over the phone and even though I was being a pain in the butt, he stayed professional and reassured me.
