Easily the best experience I've had working with an auto shop. My car was repaired within the time they quoted (very quickly, by the way), even with the need to order a new bumper which wasn't expected. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and I was so surprised at how clean my car was when I picked it up, such a nice touch! They made it easy to coordinate for a rental car and truly just took on this entire job with pride and compassion. CBW is my new go-to for any repairs from now on and I'll recommend them to others as well.

I was given a list of places my insurance works with and the first few I looked up I was hesitant. Then I looked up Centeral Body Works and I had a good feeling from just seeing the reviews. From start to finish these guys are hands down some of the best to work with. The turn around time was amazing and they explained everything they had to replace. I will definitely be using them in the future if needed.

We asked our insurance company if there was a more local body shop we could use, rather than a chain, and Central Body Works was the option available. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we left feeling like customers rather than a bill or a number. Glad we asked about an alternative to the readily available body shops that don’t offer as great of customer service and we will keep this in mind for any future repairs!

After my car was washed hit in my front end. I contacted our insurance. Central body Works was one of the companies that work directly with them. I had used them about 12 years ago for another incident and had great work. Chose them again and was incredibly satisfied with their quality and speed. But most of all their communication. Friendly staff on time and regular text and updates. Top-notch place!
