This place is very nice and clean. The workers are courteous and informative. The technician went the extra mile and re-attached a cover that was hanging under my car. I went up to ask if they could check this and it had already been repaired.
View on GoogleI scheduled an oil change appointment two weeks in advance based on the $49 promotional offer advertised on their website. After I arrived, I was informed that the coupon would not be honored because my vehicle requires a different type of oil, and the service would cost significantly more. This feels like misleading advertising. If certain vehicles are excluded from the promotion, that information should be clearly disclosed before customers book an appointment and make the trip. Instead, I wasted my time waiting for an appointment that was never going to be honored at the advertised price. I would not have scheduled the service if the actual cost had been disclosed upfront.

The level of detail was better than what I typically receive from the dealership where I usually take my vehicle. One of the biggest advantages was scheduling. The dealership often has a month-long wait for an appointment, but BJ’s was able to get me in within a week. The inspection report was especially impressive. It included photos and videos along with a clear breakdown of items that needed attention now and others that may need service soon. This made it easy to understand the condition of the vehicle and plan ahead. They also offered a courtesy shuttle and called me as soon as the work was completed. Overall, it was a very professional experience and I would recommend BJ’s Automotive to anyone looking for a thorough and transparent vehicle inspection.
