Ben, Britt and staff have been my auto repair place for 9 years. I have always received excellent service here and it pains me to say goodbye, but I am relocating out of state. If you want expert care for your vehicle, this is your place. Thanks Ben for taking good care of this older lady for all these years. Happy trails!

I brought in a 1993 Japanese Toyota Land Cruiser that needed a lot of love to get running again and the team here brought her back to life. She's running better than before she died. Automotive Unlimited was thorough and diligent, and the communication was fantastic. Parts are hard to come by, but the team made sure I knew about any delays, took the time to explain everything to me, and updated me with any changes during the whole process! The work authorization process was easy to navigate, prices were honest and clear, I understood exactly what I was paying for and saw the cost breakdown lined out concisely. This will be my go to shop from now on. They're the most honest and skilled shop around!
View on GoogleShout out to Ben, Brett, and everyone else at Automotive Unlimited! First time in, unscheduled, as our older Honda had to unexpectedly be towed after-hours. We were contacted shortly after opening and as needed throughout the diagnostic and repair process. Our vehicle was up and running in less than 48 hours, with full explanations of the issues and causes. Communication by text was super helpful, on top of chatting over the phone. Definitely will be going back, just hopefully not soon.

Brought a car in from a used lot for a pre-purchase inspection, he and the other service member noticed there was a tag on the inside of the door stating the car had been totaled. I was told it was a clean title! I never would have known to look! Thank you sooo much!!! They were also very informative about my former car (2008 Subaru Forester RIP) and why it went to auto heaven so soon. Very helpful! Made my whole day! I will be back!!
