this place is awesome!! they repaired my car perfectly, it’s as if nothing had happened to it. david was super helpful and communicative, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. after it was repaired, I had issues with my insurance not allowing me reimbursement for the aftermarket parts that got damaged, and that I had went ahead and bought for the shop to replace and install. david was understanding and kind enough to reach out to them, and got it figured out. thank you so much to david, carrie, and the whole team for everything :D

Incredibly happy with the quality of work, communication and customer service. I’ve heard so many horror stories online about body repairs resulting in less than ideal outcomes but the folks at ARA CS knocked it out of the park - my car looks brand new. The paintwork is top notch, and they were very transparent about the repair progress, including updates about parts availability. Jessica shared updates twice a week and was accommodating when I asked to check my car out in person mid-repair.

Ara carstar in Everett Washington took good care of my Honda.while being repaired they kept me informed and updated about my car.I never ever had to worry about whether or not things were being done because they kept me informed. They did a great job in repairing my truck, they were finished on time as they say they were going to be, I was late picking up my truck after repair because of work. I called them and informed them that I was running late and to please don't leave before I get their I was told that it's OK just come and they will be their even after being closed. I was about fifteen minutes past the closing hour getting their I ran to the door and knocked because the shop was dark from the outside because the shop was closed. I pulled on the door knob and the door was open. When i opened the door I was greeted with a warm and loving smile. I told the young woman that I was so greatful to her for waiting on me and that I was greatful for their service. Thanks again for your service. Thanks for your kindness and respect for your customers. I will never forget how you treated me and the great job well done on my truck. Forever grateful.

I had my BMW X5 door repaired at Ara Carstar Everett. The repair itself was completed, and the staff was polite, but the overall experience left me with concerns. When I picked up my vehicle after approximately three and a half weeks, It had more than 50 additional miles. I was told verbally that the car had been taken to Kirkland for a partner service, but I was not informed in advance that my vehicle would be transported off-site, and no clear details were provided about when, where, or how the mileage was accumulated. Additionally, the vehicle was clean when dropped off and returned covered in dust, with new interior scratches, which raised concerns about handling during the repair process. Overall, the experience lacked transparency and attention to vehicle care. I recommend clearer communication and better accountability for customer vehicles.

I’m very happy with the job and the communication between me and them. David was awesome, he let me know what was going on every step of the way. He had a polite attitude the whole time and did a fantastic job on the my car. It’s like I was never in an accent at all. Thank you so much guys for everything. Thank you David! :)
