I brought an old lawn mower here since it wouldn't start. Kelly was the tech who fixed my unit. He was great. Even fixed an issue my mower has had since day one with the deck being unlevel. Everyone seemed to be very knowledgeable. The gal up front told me most of the staff there has 15-20 years of experience. You don't see that at other places. Will be back when the old mower needs something else. Hopefully I can get many more years out of it with their help.

Easiest unit purchase ever. No being held hostage, no drawn out back and forth, no ridiculous fees or upcharges. Just quality information, people who respected my time, and a machine I really like. Thanks for taking the time to go over everything with me and make the experience fun. I'll be back for all of the things.

I purchased a brand new 2024 Can-Am Highlander from them and just months after the warranty expired [with only 54 hours], it went into "limp" mode and would not start. I called Protection Plus and spoke to someone who told me to bring it by for a courtesy code scan. When I managed to bring it in, they had me park it in the back lot among other vehicles waiting to be repaired versus doing a code scan as I was told they would do as a courtesy. They told me they would get to the scan in the following week- the rep that I spoke to even admitted that it has to be something simple with only 54 hours on it. After 2 weeks passed without a word from them, I went to the location and discovered my ATV still parked in the back. It was pretty evident that they were not happy that I decided to pick it up, and after I did, I took it directly to a competitor in Spokane who will do a courtesy scan as soon as I arrive and that is where I will be going to for any future service. I tried to speak to the manager who was on the phone, but after 10 to 15 minutes of waiting while she was chatting on the phone with someone, I decided to leave as I had no more time to waste at this location. I am extremely disappointed in the post-sales customer support. It would have been nice to have a dealership near where I live but after this, I will make the extra mileage to Spokane, where I'll be taking all my future service needs.

I’ve owned many four wheelers over the years and bought from different dealers. This one is by far the worst experience I’ve had, went to pick up a new Can Am four wheeler in Colville where it was supposed to be new! had 18 miles and was completely dirty when they knew I was coming to pick it up had alfalfa and straw everywhere with compartment seal hanging down, I was told that it had been programmed and updated which it wasn’t so had to wait around for them to attempt to fix it but they couldn’t so they eventually Sent Machine to Deerpark store for the up date so I had to pick up at later date. Then when I got home with it I found 2 nuts one 11/16 that went to A arm bolt and other we couldn’t find. I brought to their attention along with fender bolts that were oxidized like they sat in the sun for a year witched they replaced. Then knowing how incompetent they had been to this point I Kept checking in to see if they shipped my title to my county licensing place they said that they shipped it two days after the purchase cause I paid cash, then after 30day I was wondering Why licensing didn’t have it told it was sent 4 days after buying then 6 days So we thought it was lost! just showed up today and was postmarked almost 3 weeks after not 3 days like Brenda, their title person said. When I did a courtesy email to let her know it showed I got condescending emails from Brenda at chastising me when literally everything they told me was incorrect. Worst experience ever nobody has an idea What’s going on. They are not a good dealer. I’ll post below the photo of the nut in trailer before even unloading at home and her email! Dear Tanner, Wow—what a performance. Clearly, our business isn’t equipped to keep up with your… unique standards. Best of luck finding one that can.

Think long and hard before allowing these guys to service or repair your ride. I found the actual dealership to charge less, and other independent service providers to be WAY less. Bottom line, in my experience, they OVERCHARGE. Took my riding mower in because it turned over but wouldn't start. They charged $350 to diagnose the problem then quoted me $1200 to rebuild the carburetor and replace a solenoid. I paid their $350 diagnostic fee then took it to somebody else who fixed it for $40. These guys are running a business, and they're supposed to be professionals who know what they're doing. What they're doing is ripping people off. Makes me sad because I try to support local business...and this is how they thank us.
