Bought my dream rig last month, a manual 01 Dodge, out in Wenatchee. Took it to Dierks asap once I got back to Spokane, all on the strength of multiple recommendations from friends over the years. From the moment I first called the shop, Marcus and crew have been incredible. They did a bumper-to-bumper inspection and took care of all the critical issues the previous owner had slacked on; it’s running like a dream and shifting smoother now. Marcus likes to talk my ear off about the truck — yes, that IS what you want in a mechanic. And he even talked me out of some suspension work that would be nice to have but not urgent; that’s when you know you’re dealing with good, professional people. I’m out on a summer road trip with a 4.5k lbs overlanding trailer, facing a minor inconvenience (high but not extreme intake and coolant temps on high mountain passes) and I’m bummed that I won’t be able to take the rig back to Dierks anytime soon — but Marcus graciously talked me through some diagnostics and options on the phone. Enough said. Dierks for life.

Just put a southbend dual disk clutch with heavy duty hydralics in my 2001 dodge and let me tell you, they are a whole new definition of thorough. Made sure I had all the right parts and when they were doing it they noticed my rear main was going out and went ahead and replaced so no further damage was done. Also told them I needed it done that day so I could go to work the next day and they made sure it was done even though it was a little past closing time when the job was complete. Marcus was very knowledgeable about any and every question I had. Will 100% be taking my truck back and recommending them to all my friends and family!

Marcus was very detailed oriented about was needing repair and service. So far my truck is running better than when I bought it. I couldn't be happier with the standard of excellence of service that was provided. As a tradesmen that depends on their truck for their livelihood I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a honest, reliable and qualified Diesel mechanic. I would give them 11 out 10. Called around and spoke to a bunch of well known places and was rejected, or put on the back burner. Dierks Diesel fit us in right away, jumped through hoops to get us done correctly and on the road in no time! We are very pleased and will go back for any other work needed in the future.
