WOW! My experience with this shop was totally positive. They saved me alot of time and money...nearly a thousand dollars !!! My 2017 Outback with 122k miles, has the HID (very very pricey) headlights. My entire headlight assembly/fixture, needed to be replaced, because the seals that protect the gas bulbs, had been broken... and on both sides... not just 1 headlight. Both headlight fixtures had ALOT of built up moisture, condensation inside the fixtures. After 122k miles, one headlight and a fog lamp had burnt out. I opted to replace both headlights because it was the smart thing to do. For sure, the other side would blow out soon and by replacing both at the same time, my beams and brightness, are lined up correctly and evenly - they match. This auto body shop ordered & installed genuine subaru parts; NOT less expensive after-market parts. Fact is, I did call subaru and I was going to purchase the parts direct from subaru. When Subaru told me the price I would pay them for just one headlight assembly, I nearly had a heart attack. So, thinking further, I thought about going to a auto body shop. New to the area, I drove my car to DP Auto Body for a quote. To my surprize, DP Auto Body was able to buy genuine subaru parts at a significant discount. NOTE: DP Auto Body gave me a quote and they did NOT mark up the price on the two headlight assembly/fixtures and they charged me exactly what it cost them !!! I FOUND A GENUINE REAL HONEST SHOP TO DO MY JOB !!! And time, my Hod, they saved me alot of time and worry. I walked into that shop at the closing minutes on a Monday and that same week on Thursday morning, within the 1st hour of the day, DP Auto Body completed my repair. They had to remove my front end, front bumper, etc., which was absolutely necessary due to the body style of the 2017 Outback. My job was not as simple as just replacing the bulbs because the seals inside the headlight assembly that protects the bulbs, had broken and that is why/how, I had alot of built up moisture & condensation inside both fixtures. The HID bulbs last longer than your halogen or LED bulbs. I had 122k miles on my car when the 1st bulb burnt out. Again the HIGH INTENSITY DISCHARGE ( HID type as opposed to the common halogen or LED bulbs. Sorry if I ran on but I am tickled pink 💗 about NOT getting ripped off by others.

Went in and got a couple estimates based on what work I wanted done, scheduled and they had my truck for a week. Absolutely stunned by the work they did and couldn’t be happier other paint shops wouldn’t take the truck to just do a body line down job and they took it and gave me a great price and left it looking fantastic super pleased with the customer service and the work they did! Awesome place and recommend to anybody!

After my daughter hit a deer with her car, DP Auto Body was recommended to us. We couldn’t be happier with their service. I’d give 10 stars if I could. They worked wonderfully with our insurance, and somehow even figured out a way to save us money from the original quote. The car was returned to us better than it was before. The communication from them throughout the process was great. They kept us informed during the process as parts were ordered, when they arrived, and finally after it was all installed and finished. I’d recommend DP Auto Body to anyone and I’ll definitely be back if need be in the future.
