Staff listened to me and took my concerns into account showing me the options that worked for me, nothing more nothing less. I never felt any pressure to buy, in fact they showed me a couple trucks that ultimately were not a perfect fit but I asked then to keep me in mind. They called me with the perfect truck 2 days later! Still I felt no pressure to buy. I happily drive that truck today! Thank you Randy and Shayne! Pretty great experience with Parkway Auto. By far the best selection and prices I could find in the North Idaho/Spokane area. I was able to get exactly what I was looking for thousands less than everywhere else. My only complaint is my sales man told me that they would replace the windshield since it has a huge crack in it. That was in writing at the start of the deal. They couldn't get me financing with one of their bank partners, by no fault of their own, I was coming back as a ghost with the credit bureaus. I asked them to write up a buyers order so I could check about financing with my own bank and they did. When I went back a few days later with my check from the bank in hand when it came time to finish the paperwork I was informed only then that " the manager said we can't do the windshield because we are already loosing money on this deal." I asked them " why does that affect me as I am paying asking price. The cost you put into reconditioning and the fact this has been sitting on your lot for over a year shouldn't be taken out on me." Marcus tried to get the manager to replace even at cost but we kept getting told no. This did almost make me walk away from the deal but instead of them being out a few more bucks I have to pay retail for a new windshield. At least its only 500 bucks. If I went to the Audi dealer the window is over 1000 bucks. I will go back when in the market for my next new car. Hopefully everything that is promised to me in writing will go through next time.
