I found out I'd needed new tires while having an oil change / tire rotation at another local shop. Unfortunately they were not able to get them in until the next week. I called Les Schwab, and was able to get my car in the very next morning. The person I'd spoken to on the phone was kind, knowledgeable, and able to explain to me what I needed, and why. I've used Les Schwab in the past for my tires, they've always been fantastic.
View on GoogleStopped here to have a tire inflation checked. I was greeted quickly and told where to park my motor home to be serviced. Anthony was there in less than 3 minutes and accomplished my request in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and was pleasant to talk with. I was on my way in 15 minutes. I was very satisfied with this company.
View on GoogleLess is definitely right;less quality, less costomer service, I always feel like im being rushed out,and I have to double check everything they do. They refused to adjust my rear brakes because they didn't install them, refused to put caliper lube on front calipers, (because i guess its a liability)[because it wasn't their parts.] I had them balance and rotate my tires, and take the worn out studds out they didn't take the time to wash the dirt out before balancing the tires. They scuffed up my wheels, and didn't even rotate them correctly,they put my front tires on the passenger and backs,on the drivers side. I dont know about you but in the 15 years of being a mechanic Im pretty sure the fronts go to the back and backs to the front for even tire wear. Finally everytime i call, or receive a call, i get a big fat ( i dont know,)[anything] answer if you dont know anything dont call me; or get me some answers like ever heard of costomer service?Finally just really frustrated. The quality is not as advertised.
View on GoogleAndy was absolutely wonderful - very friendly, informative, and made it clear he wanted to do the best work in a reasonable amount of time. The cost was also reasonable, given I wasn't anticipating anything more than a seasonal changeover but it didn't break the bank. Making an appointment was vital to getting in and out quickly so I am glad they offer that. I waited in the store, with a tasty cup of hot coffee that was definitely fresh. I didn't mind waiting an hour and a half for the great customer service. I will recommend this Les Schwab location and Andy's service to anyone I can. Thank you, Andy!
View on GoogleWent in yesterday because we had a screw in our snow tire. They said it couldnt be repaired and we had to get 4 new winter tires. We just got these tires and we have a warranty. They quoted us 604$. No option to just get one or use the warranty. We drove home on our donut in poor weather conditions (per their recommendation I might add) . They also said our tire was not able to be repaired. I also wonder now if that was true. We went to les schwab on division today, they used our warranty and replaced the tire. They are always packed at deer parks location and take wayy longer than other shops. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
