took my car in here and had a way better experience than I expected. The staff was friendly, explained things clearly and did not make me feel like I needed a glossary just to understand the invoice. Everything felt organized and low stress, which is not always the energy at service centers. Worth using if you want basic clarity with your car maintenance.

View on GoogleWhat an awesome service. Not only did they pick up my vehicle. They did it on time. And it was delivered back to me just a little over an hour. It was cleaned on the inside. I was given a car wash coupon for Brown Bear car wash. As it was raining that day. I will be using them again. Thanks for the great service and awesome teamwork.

Can you believe it is now 2024. I cannot Thank you guys enough for taking care of my only transportation I had for the longest. For me, I feel when you take care of my service needs for this truck, you are taking care of me and my kids. Greatly appreciated! I was thinking like WOW! I've been coming to you guys over 15 years with the same truck spending under $20,000 for maintenance. Most importantly, as a female, I truly value your team honesty when suggesting what you recommend in getting done due to safety concerns for the well being of me and my kids rather than try to sell me a vehicle or writing up the order and telling me it all needs to get done now. You explain the importance on what is concerning now to what is least less concerning. I'm glad to see your service has that ability for you to communicate through text too. Thank youuu, Cory, Kristen, Rick (if Kristen and Rick is still there ☺️) and your Technicians! As well as the front desk staff (they are all so kind!) View on Googlethe service department here is awful. long wait times, over charged, communication issues, and failed to fix my problem without wanting to charge me an additional $5k after already telling me the $1500 i just spent would fix it. i took my vehicle to an independent shop instead, and am so glad i did. i will not be doing business here again.
