Nice shop, appreciate the inspection Jon! Had a few issues with the vehicle but got them all fixed and got a passing score. Safe to know ride-shares in Seattle are safe with his thorough inspections!! I come here annually and always get a quick professional inspection. Very knowledgeable and experienced mechanics at 1st Auto. Will see you next year.

View on GoogleDid my TNC inspection here last year, very busy place, I bet everyone comes here… I had all my lights replaced and inspected the morning before heading for inspection and guess what, was told a light is out and needed replacing, asked if we could go out and see the light that’s out, he said he didn’t have time for that, others were waiting in line. Was asked to pay $75 more to have that rectified. I paid n voila… He printed out my inspection papers. Total ripoff. Would definitely not recommend.
View on GoogleI had a bad experience with this inspection service. They were dishonest and tried to charge unnecessary fees. The process felt unprofessional, and they seemed more interested in making money than providing honest service. I would not recommend this place to others.
