Nice service but remember to show your promotions to the service guy because they never ask if we have any discounts, I forgot to apply my discount from subaru app on tire rotation so I paid in full. Not much different but feeling like i was stolen :) . If your car has a roof basket, they won’t do the car wash as well.

He patiently heard me out, took the time to really figure out what I needed, give me advise, and still schedule an appointment without rushing me. He's an absolutely positive sunshine who is willing to go the extra mile for others, and he really made me feel appreciated and heard during our entire phone call. Just super friendly and patient. And when I went to go to my appointment, that same great energy was there in person. He showed genuine care for my concerns and walked me through the entire process very simply concise and to the point. Dealing with car issues is stressful, but he answerses every single question and concern I ever had. We even got to banter a bit and has a good talk while everything was being sorted out. At Rairdoms Auburn Subaru dealership, if there's a reason to go back it would most likely be thanks to him. It is rare to find someone who puts that much genuine effort into helping people, and Austin definitely made the whole experience a breeze.
View on Googlei usually get my car serviced with logan but cameron was awesome too! he took me in without an appointment and got me out ahead of schedule i went in at 11:30 hoping i could get out by 12:30 but my car got done by 12nn instead despite the long line of cars outside (i think i was the 5th in line). they have complimentary carwash and they also vacuumed my floor mats 🥹 been going back to this dealership for almost 5 years now for car service and they never disappoint (their sales kinda do tho lol)

Turned out, I didn’t need to have my air filter and tires rotated yet. I also found a coupon online for an oil change and tire rotation. I appreciated the partial discount :)
View on GoogleAs usual, I was completely impressed by Addisyn’s ability to read my “I just want this done as quickly as possible so I can go home” look. She promised an hour, was done in 39 mins. If I can’t or don’t want to do the repair/maintenance myself, Rairdons is the only place I take my Subaru. I also love scaring my husband by sending all the pretty new cars in stock 😂
