We’ve owned Mercedes, BMWs, Porsches, and Audis, and always used dealership service. But after hearing great things about this shop in Auburn, we took our Audi in — and it was the best experience we’ve ever had. Honest diagnostics, real explanations, and they actually taught us how to take better care of our car. My wife even said, “I feel good about this place,” which has never happened in 25 years of using big-name shops. Great prices, great service, and they even drove me back to my office — something my Mercedes dealer never did. You have to check this place out. They’ve definitely gained a loyal customer.

Rempt Motors of Auburn Wa. is my favorite Mercedes Benz shop. Friendly Courteous and Understanding of your needs and wants and lays out a plan to get the job done as needed to get you on your way. They list and price the work that needs attention and future work to be done in an easy to read text message. Zack Schaefer is the GM and is a Benz owner as well. He is the face of Rempt and very easy to work with.. I give the Rempt team 5 stars..

Zach and his crew do amazing work, I have an 09 Audi s5 I bought last year and with their expertise and direct communication I’ve left every appointment completely satisfied. They leave no room for error and the techs are very detail oriented. 10/10 would recommend to anyone especially if you drive euro! I won’t trust my car with any other shop than this one

Can't say enough good things about this shop. They replaced my timing belt, water pump, serviced my transmission, engine oil, replaced back brake assemblies and even discovered a small oil leak I wasn't aware of! My VW TDI runs like a top and I'm very happy. If you want great service and honest estimates in writing, look no further!!

I’ve gone here for the past decade servicing my bmw. The quality work is great and I’m always informed on solutions for every one of my concerns. This was the first place I even brought my 3 series to be inspected and worked on. Zach has always updated me right away. Repairs have been quick and has even offered shuttle services. Rempt has brought me peace of mind knowing my vehicles are in good hands. This is a go to place of mine!
