The service is prompt, friendly, and courteous. If there is one suggestion, I might make it’s that when you hand the customer the multi point inspection checklist, you have three columns, OK, may require future attention and requires immediate attention. Anything that requires immediate attention should be brought to the customers attention promptly while the customer is there. I had one that required immediate attention that I didn’t see until I got home. Your technicians missed an opportunity to upsell because of that if they had notified me, I would’ve had it taken care of right there. It was a very I think minor thing, but it required immediate attention in their eyes so in the future, that should be Discussed with the customer.
