Took my car in for an EVAP valve replacement. Ended up with more problems than I started with. After “repair” I was no longer able to pump my gas. Took the car to a shop and they found the plug still on the part (it was suppose to be removed) and the canister damaged (the hose connection part that connects to the EVAP valve) it’s completely loose causing a leak when it’s suppose to be stuck firm in place. Now I’m paying more out of pocket repairs for a simple $20 part. I contacted after and first they didn’t reply until I sent multiple messages and called various times. After sharing that this was a follow up to the repair they did, I was left without a reply.

These guys were the goats, was having a very hard time throwing the transmission back on my bmw and needed some help. Hit these guys up on a Sunday night and they offered to come the next morning (on memorial day) showed up and knocked it out while also showing me how to and what problems I was running into, and how to solve them. Overall very professional, if you need help with something on your car especially something German and dont want to pay the m3 tax on everything there are the people. Again much appreciated for the help and cant wait to show yall the finished build 🙌

By the way, customer service talking pretty good but I told him what the problem was. They come out and do the same test for like an hour exact same test and say my relay is bad OK understandable then they say my ECU’s bad they don’t know where it’s at. Why Google it after they leave it’s right on the top passenger side on the engine easy to get to probably a five minute job with two screws so they proceeded they didn’t test that at all. They just said that that’s my problem but didn’t test it. They said it could be my ECU but didn’t test my EC. Honestly garbage, the young kid with a hat I respect him, but the other guy was totally disrespectful. That was a waste of $100 and watch he’ll say oh I gave you a discount for what nothing you didn’t diagnose nothing because you said you wouldn’t leave until you diagnose something, but you didn’t because guess what you didn’t test it. Garbage, I would not use them plus you showed up an hour late!!!! If I could, I could post pictures of where the ECU was if I can, I don’t know how to do that on here. It was too easy to get to. It was easier than doing a battery.!!!
