Called Kelly’s Automotive after realizing a battery swap on our 2019 Subaru Crosstrek wasn’t as straightforward as expected. Susan was great and got us in the same day. We were in and out in under 30 minutes. Friendly, efficient service. A real hidden gem in Auburn. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleWhen someone asks for an estimate you should really tell your customers that it's going to cost them 100 dollars before they bring your vehicle in. Upon pick up of my truck the other day I was charged almost a hundred dollars for an estimate... I've had 3 other estimates from reputable shops and none of them charged me... Also your "estimate" came in higher than everyone else's. Needless to say I won't be coming back here.
View on GoogleMoney grabber. Unhelpful. Mechanic wouldn’t even speak to me and front desk worker had to run back and forth as a messenger. Was hoping to get a diagnostic on my vehicle but was charged $100 to get a computer code printed (oreilys does it for free) and still don’t know what’s wrong with it. Very general code reading came back. Almost was charged $130 for something that took 15 minutes to do. Won’t go back. Won’t refer anyone
