The team at Hinshaws was amazing. I had a bit of a tricky situation with my car given some after market equipment I have installed. They were able to repair my vehicle with no issues when other shops wouldn’t give me the time of day, and were friendly and understanding throughout. The quality of work was amazing, my car looks brand new.
View on GoogleReturned vehicle with check engine light that never occurred before. Explained they did not know how to fix it. Fortunately it’s not your average check engine light it makes a loud disturbing beeping noise prior to turning off the engine similar to an airplane commonly seen on tv or movie. Nice facility presents professionally. Terrible. There technicians pride themselves on fast service.

Our 2025 MDX Type S was repaired perfectly after an officer hit and damaged my beautiful car. They have excellent communication and transparency. We are very grateful for their partnership.

(Posting this second 8/10/24) Excellent service from front desk, Luis (estimator), and repairs. AGAIN, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Great service, communication, customer service and cost. They went out of their way to make sure it was done right. My car was washed and vacuumed, so I was pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend!
View on GoogleI needed to replace the fender apron extension bracket on my BRZ, and this shop did an outstanding job. The headlight and fender fit perfectly like OEM—they carefully test-fitted my parts without rushing. They also straightened the crash bar corner and radiator support for proper headlight alignment, addressed surface rust from chipped paint, and repainted areas to prevent corrosion. Impressed by their professionalism, I trusted them with my fender and bumper cover paint job (Sapphire Blue Pearl, WCH). The new paint matched my existing color so closely that it’s hard to tell the difference, even in sunlight. Tom even had his painter prepare a spray-out card to show me the expected result and whether a blend would be needed, which removed all my confusion and anxiety. I also had them transfer my TPMS sensors to my new Enkei TS-10 wheels. I was worried about scratching the rims, but everything came out flawless—though they forgot the OEM valve cap, which was a minor detail. The receptionists are friendly, and Tom Walters is professional, responsible, and customer-focused. After visiting over seven shops for quotes, I’ve seen how rare this level of service is. Many shops ghost questions or try to upsell unnecessarily, but this team answered all my questions clearly and treated me with respect. I’m genuinely impressed and couldn’t be happier with the results.
