Called this company because I do not have space nor the time to replace my tire. They told me that they’ll arrive to my home address in an hr. No worries. When they came, only one man came out. Very friendly and all about business! The man got to work and it was super fast! He was nice as I’ve stated already. So I asked for his name because I wanted to leave a good review for him. He told me his name is Gil. Like Gil the owner!! Yo!!! I have mad respect for bosses that goes into the trenches with their time. Much love and respect!! What a way to lead by example! I will definitely be supporting this company moving forward!! Thank you Gil!

My tire popped on the freeway, was completely undriveable, so I had it towed home. I then called Gill Roadside to see if they could come to my house and replace my tires so that I could avoid having it towed again to a tire shop. While on the first call I felt like he was rushing me off the phone, he barely asked any questions as to what kind of of tires I would like to purchase, but rather said he had tires to fit my car, he would be there and would have hung up. However, when I stated which ones I would prefer, he in fact did not have them in stock and would have to order them. I also requested that he come on a specific day and time since I have a demanding work schedule to which he said okay, just call me the day of to confirm. A day later he called me while I was at work and then hung up on me when I asked him to hold briefly since I was at work... Finally, the day that I had requested for him to replace my tires I called to confirm and he proceeded to tell me he could come the following day which did not work with my schedule. I should have known after the first phone call to not even waste my time, I suggest you dont either.
