Took my daughters ID4 here to do routine service and some voluntary recall items. Personable and knoweledgable staff. Kept to original time estimate for work. A little pricy compared to independent repair shops but fairly inline with dealership pricing. Would feel comfortable bringing my vehicle here
View on GoogleMy experience was amazing. I have Zurich warranty and the process was very smooth. They inspected my car, found the problem and was done in a short time. They did an inspection overall and did found that the last shop didnt put the clamp on air intake so that was nice. Now car runs beautiful.

As a car enthusiast and someone who knows enough of the mechanical basics of a car, it was a relief to see that no one tried to upsell me on unnecessary services and finished my service ahead of time! Definitely recommended if you need to use dealership auto services.
View on GoogleJust got an oil change and tire rotation for my VW Atlas. Customer service from checking in, waiting for my car onsite, and receiving my car was on point. Derek was very nice and informative. The video they sent me and written summary of the inspection was thorough. After the service, I decided on the Bud Clary 3-oil changes package. More than a year ago, I was so close to taking my business elsewhere due to bad experience with the Bud Clary VW service department. I’m glad I gave them a second chance.
View on GooglePoor service experience. Took my car in for an oil change and suction jet pump replacement. The pump was incorrectly installed leading to several gallons of gasoline pouring out of the car during refueling. Bud did tow the car back to the shop and installed the pump correctly. No willingness from management to rectify the inconvenience and, in my opinion, hazardous condition created. Still paid ~$200 for the oil change. Would not recommend.
