Had an appointment here on a Friday 3/6/26 at 8am with Sean to install a new seat warmer and fix a rattling issue. I had brought the vehicle in twice before for the same rattling issue but it was unresolved. Did a road test with one of the supervisors to locate the rattling noise. The supervisor pointed out a separate issue during the road test with the rear end making an unusual noise that he said would be inspected. I told them I could leave the car but needed it back by Monday evening. On 3/9/26 I called and spoke to a gentleman around 5pm asking if my car was ready. My service advisor hadn't contacted me at all since dropping the vehicle off, so I was unsure what was going on. The man I spoke with said Sean was out sick, and that they had ordered a latch of some sort and to call back the following day. I called today, 3/10/26, and spoke to the same service advisor, as Sean was still out. He said the car needed a new rear end but wouldn't be shipped by Stellantis until some time in April. He also said they had a service tech staying late to investigate the rattle noise, but did not mention if the new seat warmer had been installed. I asked if I could pick the car up today but he said no, that the vehicle needed it's fluids topped off. I don't know what kind of fluids an electric car needs but alright. I asked if they had a loaner available and he said no. He said I should call Stellantis to expedite the process. I called Stellantis and talked to a service rep and they said they would expedite the process once the order was placed for the rear end part. Stellantis also said they would get me in a loaner vehicle until my car is fully repaired. I called Bud Clary back at 530pm but it went to voicemail. Overall not very happy with this experience. Seems like nobody covered Sean's clients while he was out. I don't know how long these repairs take, but any kind of update would have been nice.

We recently bought a Ram 1500. It had an issue with the USB ports but our Salesman Neil, Sales Manager Kieran, and Service Tech Chris, took excellent care of us. They are a great team and due to this care, I will be returning as a repeat customer when it is time to upgrade my F150.

There is no way to reach an actual human and they dont respond directly to emails so I guess they just assume no one reads the reviews or simply dont care if customers feel ripped off by their horrible service and they dont actually want to make things right. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP EVER!!! My battery died and apperently a cable came loose replacing it so I took it in fearing a bigger issue. Was scheduled out 10 days later... Schedule day comes all morning no one calls. So I call 10 times! You cannot get a live person on the phone and no one returns your message or texts. So Saturday so up in person they lost my keys and couldnt find me in the system. Told they wont look at it even though several business hours left that day that they will get it in first thing Monday. So call all day Monday same thing no one picks up no ome returns a message... So drive down there again just a loose wire a needs a battery. Service agent says no one authorized a new part so its been sitting there all day. Again no one even attempted to contact me. I tell them I need it back! Now its an hour before the shop closes front desk person has no answers, cant get a price quote and everyone acts like they have no idea whos in charge to file a complaint (another customer had simular issues and wanted to just tow his truck somewhere else). Its now 12 days later finally a service agent Ashlyn calls full of additude. Apperently they locked my car keys in their drawer so im so to be happy they werent lost just poorly handled. Ashlyn claims im not on the schedule today never gives me a price estimate, tries to gas light me about not having a proper number on file even though i got texts reminders a day before the orginal appointment. Completly rude again no price estimate at all just promise they will look at it as soon as possible. My partner goes down there its not scheduled so she has to tell them she took an uber here and isnt leaving without my jeep. Couple hours later she finally has my jeep after they held it for ransome of $922 for a battery replacement. $300+ for losing my keys wasting my time and gas and $500+ for a battery. Please dont make the mistake i made and allow them to hold your vehicle hostage! Never ever go to this dealership unless you want to have to go to the better business buruea after waiting two weeks for an hour fix. Also my partner who had a broken leg was told they would pull the car out for her and she had to track down the rudest customer agent Ashlyn to berate a service employee for what was probally another screw up on her part. Just trust me never ever give them your business youve been warned! Again wish i could go negative stars for all around horrible service and not bothering with preauthorizatuon for an over priced part.

I had the multi-point inspection including a conventional oil and filter change and tire rotation done at the Chrysler dealership like I have for many years. The Vehicle Checkup Plus results said everything was excellent, with one note that the left and right rear brake pads will require future attention, not immediate attention. When I got home, my car wouldn't start again, and the dealership said they couldn't even look at it for four weeks due to their service tech shortage. I had to have my car towed somewhere else only to find out I needed a new battery, and my brake fluid was leaking, needed new calipers, and the rear tire that was rotated to the front had brake fluid all over it so the Chrysler tech knew the brake fluid was leaking. I have prepaid oil changes at the dealership but I will be taking my car somewhere else in the future.

1 they didn't tell me they would probably need to keep my vehicle overnight untill I dropped it off. 2. I had to wait 2 hours for the shuttle ride both ways. 3. This was a Recall repair and I was extremely disappointed in the overall experience
